Dental Materials Research Center, the Winner of First Place of the 22th Razi Research Festival on Medical Sciences as Outstanding Research Center

Dental Materials Research Center at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences is one among the research centers without independent approved budget for less than 3 years of biomedical activities. Results of the evaluation conducted on the research activities of the country’s Medical Universities Research Centers in 2015 as a part of the annual evaluation, this center with a total score of 945 “Ranked First” from among the 88 research centers having no separate budget for less than 3 years of biomedical activities.

Based on this evaluation, this center has published 51 articles in Web of Science, Pub med and Scopus of which 51% are indexed in the Web of Science citation data base.

According to Scopus data base, 12 articles of these articles are published internationally in collaboration with foreign researchers. Also, based on the SJR index, 20% of this research center`s articles were published in 25% top journals in each field (Q1).

According to the Scopus citations data base, this research center had 178 numbers of citations in 2015. Also, the center h-index was 14
